In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Our third-party billing services encrypt your information in a secure way. Also, offline, only employees who need the information to perform a specific task are given access to personally identifiable information.

Additionally, in order to be in line with the Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur, we will notify the users via email and provide onsite notifications within 7 business days.

Furthermore, in compliance to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations, in the case of a personal data breach, we as the controller of data, will notify the proper supervisory authority regarding the breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Our notification will include information about how the breach occurred and the actions we will be taking to comply.

All notices provided will be made clearly available to you via email or conspicuously on our site in the most expedient way considering law enforcement needs and our internal investigative needs.
